Description
No Title. Highly optioned car, 5 row fender tag. FK5 deep burnt orange metallic, E-86 440- 4 barrel engine, D32 automatic transmission floor mounted shifter, H-51 air conditioning, V6W white longitudinal side stripe, A62 rallye dash, HRK4 burnt orange leather buckets, V1W white vinyl top, just to name some of the main options. I bought the car 10 years ago knowing it was a very rare low production car. When I bought this car it had a 383 non numbers matching engine and 727 transmission, not sure if its number matching goes with it. The car was partially disassembled but is all there except some trim pieces and the A/C unit under the hood was gone.
There is a lot of rust to be fixed so it is going to take a good body man. Front and rear floor pans are gone, firewall and cowl have rust. Passenger rear frame rail is rusty. Front frame rails, torsion bars, cross member, and inner fenders are good. Trunk pans have some rust I would reccomend replacing. The roof skin is gone and needs replaced. A 1970 Challenger parts car also goes with the R/T - SE and it has a good roof. The grill and headlight bezels are in excellent condition.
If you have any questions I should be able to answer them. U0E 440-1970 assembled in Los Angeles. High performance axle package 3:91 ratio gear is missing.
