Description

1970 Dodge Challenger RT Convertible was originally a 383 it now has a nice 440. This is a real JS27N0B Challenger RT Convert not a clone.
It's a very nice rust free car that was restored by the previous owner. The car was originally FY4 (gold) but the previous owner painted it a custom blue/turquoise color when he had it restored. The body and paint work is very nice and the underside and engine compartment look excellent as well. The bumpers and trim look like new. The seats appear to be the originals and are starting to show their age a little but are still very presentable. The dash pad is mint and the rear convertible panels are very nice. The convertible top and rear glass window are in excellent condition as well. Someone installed speakers in the front door panels at some point. The car runs, drives, and sounds really good. It has after market front power disc brakes, front sway bar, and power top. The original fender tag and dash tag are present with the car and the cowl and radiator support all match the vin as they should. I have photos from when it was restored showing the metal work that was done etc.. that I can forward to serious buyers.
There is currently no radio installed but I have the original. Overall the car is very nice. I am open to offers and possibly a partial trade that would probably only work out if you were somewhat local. I like Mopar convertibles from 1968-1971 but may consider other makes from that time frame.
I would prefer that you see the car or have someone look at the car in person for you but I understand if you can't. Serious buyers please contact me with any questions you may have and to discuss the car further. I will respond quickly and tell you anything you need to know. I require a $500 deposit within 24 hours of the end of the auction. I will assist in loading/Transport in anyway I can. Please don't bid unless you plan on buying the car.
