2013 Dodge Charger police parts car 3.6 V6 pursuit

2013 Dodge Charger pursuit. 3.6 V6Starts, runs & moves.
Has electrical issues & it won't go over 40mph without slamming into a lower gear & revving high. Also has communication/BUS issues.
Parts have been removed such as mirrors, taillight, air cleaner, interior pieces, & others I'm sure I'm forgetting.
I started parting it & I'm tired of messing with it.
Body has average wear & tear from police use along with holes in the trunk, roof, front bumper cover.
Title (clear) will be transferred once a (non refundable) deposit is made on the car. This may take a few weeks due to secretary of state back ups.
I can write a bill of sale in the meantime.
Car must be towed or trailered. It is not road worthy as it sits.
