So this is one heck of a vehicle. SO much has been modified on this car its tough to know where to start but what is guaranteed is that no expense has been spared with the parts on this car.
Of course we start with the motor. A Darton sleeved 440 forged rotating assembly ($10k). Stock heads. Vortech air cooled V3 blower ($6k). Kook headers and exhaust ($3k). Bottom line. Tuned with 91 octane and de-tuned because it was simply too much power 525 RWHP BUT 600 lbs of rear wheel torque. If you are motivated and I am not this is easily a 900HP / 900 lbs of torgue motor. As you might image, the fuel system has been upgraded to accommodate this power.
So of course all that power has to go through an appropriate tranny and this is a Performance Built Stage 4 ($3,700). That goes through a custom drive shaft and the power exits at a DSS carrier and half shafts ($5,500).
So the suspension comes from KW coilovers ($2k) and braking comes from Brembo 8 piston front brakes and 4 piston rear. ($8k).
There is the carbon fiber hood ($1k) and trunk ($600) as well as a number of other CF dress up pieces. custom head lights and taillights as well.
For wheels you can choose either the Voseen 22 inch wheels ($4k) OR the Savini three piece wheels with the CF lip.($6k)
So this price does NOT include the $23k stereo yes, you read that right. as I want that for my next project BUT. if you really want it I can discuss it as an extra.
So everything is working fine. I won't deny that the stage 4 tranny is a little harsh on the downshift from three to two, but they tell me that is what you have to accept with a tranny built to withstand this much power.
Not raced. I am the second owner. The original owner did most of the work but blew up the pistons and gave up and sold the car and I installed the new motor and tranny. there is about 6,000 miles on the new motor.
So there you have it. A very special car needing a special owner. This car is number 970 of 1000 Super Bees.
I love the car and am very happy with it BUT, I have four cars and two bikes and I have another big project I want to pursue so this one has to go.
This is a CDN car but I have experience selling to a US buyer and will work to ensure the car arrives and can be registered in the US.
