Description
Thisis a fantastic 1970 Dodge Super Bee for sale in the iconic FC7 Plum Crazypurple. The car was owned and restored by a former Mopar auto restorationtechnician. He changed careers and relocated for employment; that's why the caris being sold. The best part about this sale is the hard part has been done;the paint and body…..it's ready to roll. It has zero rust and just needs tobe put back together.
Thecar has some very cool options including, Plum Crazy high impact paint, hoodpins, dual manual mirrors, Sure-Grip 3.91 gears, AM/FM radio, white bucket seatinterior with console, light package, trim group, dual exhaust with tips, tach, white C-stripe, hood turn signals, and 3 speed wipers. We have the originalfender tag for the car.
TheSuper Bee was originally an Eastern Washington high desert car. A professionalcomplete bare metal re-spray was done, with the lower quarters and the lowertrunk pan extensions. The rest of the car has original sheet metal. The trunkpan has some pitting but didn't have any holes so it wasn't replaced. This wasa real solid west coast car to start out with.
Themajority of the component restoration has been done on this car. All of theseats have been reupholstered with a new interior kit from Legendary Interiors. The rear upper door panels have been painted, a lot of the black parts have beenrestored, and the dash was painted the correct textured finish. Sure we aremissing more parts that have been restored. There is a bucket ofprofessionally replated fasteners including in the sale. We also have a ton ofnew parts for it including the fuel filler, gas tank, door panels, head liner, etc, etc. We figure this car already has had close to $20k in paint and $10k inparts and component restoration done already. Whatever this Super Bee sellsfor; it is going to be a deal, especially when you factor in all the work thathas already been done.
Thecar comes with non-numbers 1970 383 HP block, and HD 727 torqueflitetransmission. The engine and transmission need to be gone through, but they arethere. Currently the rear is a 8-3/4" open diff.
Weliterally have shelves full of parts for this one. With lots of spares, thatbeing said, it's missing the AM/FM radio, the radiator, and a few small bits, but the majority of the parts are included.
Pleasee-mail us to set up an appointment to see the car. Feel free to ask anyquestions about the car. My number is 206-790-1063 if you want to call withquestions. The car is located inOlympia, Washington, which is about an hour south of Seattle, Washington and anhour and a half north of Portland, Oregon right off I5.
Everyeffort has been made to make an accurate description of this car, but somethings were probably missed. This is a fantastic project car with the hard partdone, paint and body.
