Description
Here is a 1966 Dodge Dart 4 Door for sale. I bought this car back in October 2017 and planned on restoring it. It has been garage kept since I bought it. The 170 Slant 6 engine ran strong but I pulled it to do a rebuild on it being that I was going to do a total restore. A machine shop bored it over .60 as well and is still in shrink wrap from their shop. They also turned the crank shaft .10 under
I have brand new .60 over pistons that are already mounted to the connecting rods. Also included are .60 piston rings. The block was hot tanked and has been painted black. New cam bearings have been installed in the block already and included are a new set of freeze plugs
Has alot of new parts included such a as master cylinder, new distributor, new engine pushrods, new engine lifters and a lot more. The driver side has new brake shoes, new hoses and drums. Included are new passenger side front and back brake drums, brake shoes, new in the package complete set of metal brake lines and other brake parts. See pics for details on what’s included
I also have an extra hood, trunk lid and 225 Slant 6 engine that are included in the sale
The tranny is a manual tranny and is a column shifter “on the tree”
The interior is in decent shape and has decent upholstery. Included are saddle blanket style seat covers to protect the decent upholstery. It has the steering wheel but a new Grant wheel, adapter kit and horn center cap are included. Also included is a brand new gold in color carpet kit
There are some rust spots on this car, which is expected for a 52 year old car. None of the visable rust is significant for the most part, it’s seems solid. The floors are in decent shape as well
I have a clear Florida title in my name, in hand. If you have no feedbacks, please do not bid until you contact me first, so I know you are a bidder that’s legitimate and not up to no good
A $350.00 deposit is required within 24 hours of the auctions end. I can hold the car if shipping arrangements are needed. Car will need to be shipped or towed. It is not in drivable condition being that the motor is not mounted in the car
This car needs some TLC, but once completed, will be a nice classic car. All of the parts in the pic are already loaded in the car and ready to go with the car. Car is for sale locally as well and auction can be ended at any time
Thanks for looking
