Description
1979 Dodge Dreamer Hauler
440 automatic
Interior done before I bought it and in very nice condition. I like the beat up look so never considered painting it but I think it would look pretty cool painted up hauling an old race car or muscle car.
I bought this a few years ago to haul around some old vehicles. Runs and drives good. Had a tranny leak but I think I fixed it last weekend with a new gasket. Haven't driven much in the last couple years so with all these old vehicles, could expect some minor maintenance here and there I would think. It is located in Calgary and am hoping to find someone close enough to come look at it, and potentially just drive it home. I also have 2 regular box Dodge Dreamers I will be listing in the next few weeks.
Willing to assist with shipping anywhere as long as it is paid for in full. I have shipped a couple vehicles overseas and to the USA over the years but its been awhile now so not sure if rules have changed. I also know a local shipper who does travel all across Canada and the USA so could help connect anyone interested in that. I paid $4000 usd a few years ago just for shipping it from Virginia to Montana when I bought it and then drove down and drove it back, so it is heavy and large and would be expensive to ship. Driving would be much easier but with Covid rules across the border, that might be not feasible. I could also arrange indoor or outdoor storage likely if needed.
Pretty rare vehicle, I've never seen another Dreamer Hauler and don't know fully the story behind it. The guy I bought it from said he thought it was one of 10 built, but I have never been able to find anything supporting that.
Listed locally as well so if it does sell locally, I will be removing this ad. Thanks for looking and if you have any questions, I usually try and open messages once a day or so.
