1980 Dodge W200 5.9 L 4spd transmission Dana 60 front axle with manual hubs. This crew cab tin grille is a once in a lifetime find. Former coast guard truck with factory AC that is completely there, untested we do not have R12 refrigerant to charge the system. This truck spent the majority of its life outside of the coast guard in the bay area and up in the base of the sierras in Northern California. You will not find another truck like this one, they are simply not out there. Factory radio works, sound isn’t the greatest the speakers are a little past their prime. Runs and drives great recently drove is 20 miles without a problem. Does this mean we would recommend driving it across the country, no. We do not recommend driving any of the vehicles we sell across the country due to age of belts and hoses and any unknowns that could pop up. We do our best to go through these trucks and represent the correctly on the market. This truck does have some bumps and bruises from the years of use. The driver’s floorboard is getting thin due to rust. The odometer is what it reads paperwork will reflect exempt on the odometer. We have no way of certifying if this odometer is accurate or has been rolled over. This truck holds a Clean Utah title in our dealerships name. We do this with all of our vehicles to insure you will not have problems when you go to license your vehicle in your home state. The following terms of sale apply to all of our online sales.
Payment Methods
Cash (in person), certified check, bank transfers, or 3rd-party financing. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Call us for more information.
Deposit
The successful high bidder will submit a $1,000 non-refundable deposit within 1 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.
Payment of Balance Due
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Additional Fees and Taxes
By submitting your deposit, you are entering into a legally binding contract to buy this vehicle. All vehicles are sold as-is unless otherwise specified. We have done my best to accurately describe this vehicle. The miles you see are the actual miles on the vehicle at the time of the listing. This vehicle (as well as all of our vehicles) is available on our lot and may be driven on any day. Because of this the actual miles may vary to some degree. It is up to the buyer to come see and further inspect the vehicle before the end of the transaction. The documentation fee is $200.00. The 45-day temporary license plate permit is $56.00. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company - call us at 801-851-0220 for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.
Storage
It is the buyer’s responsibility to have their purchase picked up from our facility no later than 15 days from the end of the Auction. If a vehicle stays longer than 15 days without communication to us it is subject a $50 dollar a day storage fee. If the vehicle is left for longer than 45 days, it will be considered abandoned. The deposit and payment will not be refunded, and the vehicle will be turned into the State of Utah as an abandoned vehicle. We understand it can be tricky to arrange shipping. We simply do not have space to store a sold vehicle, If you do not know how you are going to get the vehicle home do not bid. We can arrange for pick up from Salt Lake City International Airport if we recommend driving the vehicle long distances.
Buyer's Inspection
Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. Johnson Family Motors LLC has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. Johnson Family Motors LLC welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold "as is". No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. Manufacturer's warranties may still apply. Notice to Bidders
We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.
Bid Retractions
Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.
Negative Feedback Bidders
We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email us or call us prior to bidding.
Successful Bidder
The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact. Johnson Family Motors LLC within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.
Non-Paying Bidder
If the deposit is not received within 1 business days of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 7 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
