2006 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel 5.9 Cummins 4x4

Running and driving 2500 Laramie. Has a fuel knock. When starting has a unburned fuel smell then clears up after a few mins. Tried to get emissions done and mechanic said sounds like injectors. No check engine lights. Runs fine when driving and knock get quiter when driving. Cant feel any blowout out of the oil cap. Wife let me buy a new truck so no longer need this one. Just had a 3 disc TC put in. Front main seal leaks oil. Could use a alignment and maybe a ball joint or two. Would jump in it and drive cross country today. Has a rebuilt title from a front end collision years ago. Has towing airbags in the back. Power seats and back window. Heated seats. Small tear on drivers seat leather. To pop hood I have keep the lever pulled while lifting the hood. Indicator lights for climate control are out so at night I have to turn on dome light to adjust temp and that's all that's wrong with it. Could use a cleaning because I have dogs that loved this truck. If I didnt have emissions where I live I would still be driving this truck.
