The other day while I was driving, the pickup suddenly died on me. I took it to my mechanic, and he diagnosed the problem as a defective park/neutral sensor in the transmission. In order to replace it, he said he would have to remove the transmission and (basically) rebuild it. I have another pickup and didn't want the bother and expense of getting a new transmission. Besides that, the truck has given me no problems. The engine runs well, the AC blows cold, the brakes are in good condition, the 4WD shifts in and out easily. The tires will need to be replaced before too long. I'll leave the ladder rack on it, but i will keep the ladder. Because of the part that is defective, the truck will NOT start and will have to be towed/hauled away. If you have any further questions, feel free to message me.
