Many new / upgraded parts to the base van have been professionally installed and tested. All documentation is included with the sale. The price is listed as negotiable because the customization level can be discussed as to what you want. Meaning, I can remove parts and pieces of the custom build to fit your need / budget. There are a few systems I would prefer to keep, but if you want the entire build, I am open to that. The build is ~90% complete needing mostly detail finish work done.
