1992 Dodge Stealth R T

1992 DODGE STEALTH R/T 3.0 L 24 Valve DOHC V6 This car is all ORIGINAL, both INSIDE & OUT just as it came from the Mitsubishi factory in Oct. 1991. It was then bought new by my brother Oct. 02 1991, from whom I bought it on May 2 1997 with 6,304 miles (10,169 KM's ) It has been kept in dry, newer garages it's entire life, by both of us, for the last 23 years. The car has never seen winter weather i.e. snow, salt, ice,-- always stored inside from Nov. to May until the spring rains have washed the roads fully. Car was driven only from May to Nov. in clear weather. It is so well preserved that it could easily be called a 'time capsule' or pass as an original southern car. Original buying/selling receipts for the car will be given to buyer, along with various data files. The original 16" rims/tires ( see pictures) go with the car. There are 18,100 miles on these original wheels and look as good as new, never had a flat, and are suitable for driving and showing on the car if desired, but not too fast, as they are 23 years old. No signs of cracking because they have been out of the sun for 23 years. The new rims and tires shown are as follows: chrome 18" x 8" Moda rims c/w Bridgestone Potenza RE760 summer tires 245/40R18 - W - rated --were bought from Tire Rack.com in Nov. 1999. They have only 1,560 miles of use to date. This is a SMOKE FREE car. Average annual mileage is less than 860 miles. Annual Mtce. done; Mobil One oil and filter, antifreeze every nine years, fuel conditioner Sta-Bil every Fall season when stored, battery removed, put in house. Therefore instant start in the spring. The one chronic problem with these cars is the poor quality Capacitors used in the ELC-4A/T {OEM part # MD740087 } this unit was replaced with a New factory ordered part { OEM part # MD758086 } ordered from a local Mitsubishi dealer in Michigan, List price of $ 647.00 This unit has the higher Quality Capacitors to avoid any problems in the future. this was done in June 2012 @ 18786 miles. This repair is documented in a separate file to accompany the car. ----- FYI to change KM's to Miles ( KM's X .62 = Miles ) ---- Along with other files to be sent with the car is a set of 1992 Dodge Stealth Shop Manuals , a front-end Bra., original rims/tires as mentioned above c/w their lugs,wheel caps, set of wheel locks and a spare new 18"x8" chrome Moda same as the rims on the car now. See pic's. Last month the car was performance checked @ a Michigan Mitsubishi dealer, all systems performed to specifications, no problems found.. Copy of report goes goes with the car.
