My Ferrari is in excellent mechanical shape. I just had the 30k Engine out service completed and picked up the car from the shop on June 7 2017. I did everything Ferrari recommends on their 30k interval service plus more. I have all the documentation for the service with a break down of parts and labor.
The Ferrari drives great engine sounds awesome. The transmission is super smooth and it engages in all gears extremely well and very easily. The clutch has plenty of life left and feels healthy. The suspension feels tight, steering is responsive and theres No shaking, No squeaking, and No funny nosies. There are No warning lights on the dash and everything works as it should.
Cosmetically the paint look good. It is shiney and has very minor to no imperfections. The lower part of the front bumper has cracks in it. The rear convertible window will need to be replaced, one of the fog lights have a hairline crack and the top has one minor imprecation (See Pictures).
I am selling the car because I just picked a Ferrari F430 and can't keep both.
I would assume most the buyers know that the 1994-1995 Ferrari 348 models are completely different from the other first generation 348 models. The 94-95 have a different engine management system which is the same as the early model F355. The compression was bumped up a few notches, the car has more power. The suspension geometry was complete redone and theres a huge difference in handling. The transmission was improved because the early models were hard to get into gear. There is a different final drive ratio. The exhaust system is slightly different. There are also a lot of other small changes.
There are only a total of 1,090 Ferrari 348 spiders produced world wide of those only 556 Ferrari 348 spiders were imported into the U.S.
Feel Free to call me with any questions. The car is located in the San Francisco Bay-area. I am okay with buyers doing a Pre-Purchase Inspection.
