2017 Ferrari 488 GTB Coupe - recently serviced + cleanest in USA + private owner

I am selling my privately owned and cared for 2017 Ferrari 488 GTB.
This Ferrari is so clean! Super clean CarFax! No accidents. There is NOT ONE issue on this Ferrari!
Recent major 10k service (ANNUAL SERVICE) performed by Ferrari of Washington in JUNE 2021: oil change, air filter, cabin filter, trans oil, Flush brake hydraulic system, replaced engine drive belts, all bolts tightened, etc. ($6K++ service) It only has 7800 miles but I wanted to have the service done.

The interior is very IMMACULATE - there is no bolster wear like other Ferraris because I always place a seat cover to protect that supple leather. There is also a certain way I enter the car so no shoe marks on the doors.
I also had a local supercar service shop plug the exhaust vacuum line, (it's a simple easy hack from Ferrari Chat) that makes this exhaust louder with no aftermarket modifications or check engine lights. It sounds so much better than a stock488!
