This is a private (not Trade) 'Buy It Now' sale set at £5750 for our beloved '62 plate Fiat 500 1.2 Lounge which we have owned from new. Purchased from Fiat on 25/09/2012 for £12140, we also ordered the red leather seats which were factory fitted as part of our order, together with the white leather steering wheel, and (optional extra) white leather gear stick knob. The original black gear stick knob will also be available to the buyer.
The car has been used exclusively by my wife, as I own another vehicle. The only reason for the sale is that we were offered a cracking deal by Bristol Street Motors to buy a new 2016 model Fiat 500 ("the icon reloaded"), which we have now collected.
We will be sorry to see this much loved Cinquecento go, as it is in really superb condition. As with all my auctions, I have tried to be completely honest with my photographs and description. For starters, there is NO outstanding finance on this vehicle, which you will be able to verify through your own checks. You will see that apart from the usual tiny stone chips picked up through normal use, there is a slight crack in the rear silver bumper flashing which has been sympathetically repaired. In fact, you wouldn't notice it unless you were looking very carefully. Otherwise, it is in absolutely superb condition. It has done 26541 miles - at a national average of 8800 miles per year - used almost entirely for my wife's daily commute. We are non-smokers and there have been no pets in this vehicle.
It has had a full Fiat Service history in line with Fiat's servicing recommendations for this vehicle vs annual mileage. It therefore had its first major service on 02/09/2014 and was serviced again on 04/09/2015. It also had its first MOT in August 2015 which is valid until 14/08/2016. The annual road tax is £30, and the current tax is valid to 08/08/2016. I have all of the relevant documents for the buyer: V5 Document, original Bill of Sale, MOT Certificate, all Manuals, Service Book and full Fiat Service Receipts.
As well as the 'Stop & Start' engine management system for increased fuel efficiency, inside it has all the usual features of the Lounge model including a CD / Radio, 'Blue & Me' system bluetooth connection for hands-free phone use, USB socket for charging and further connection possibilities. It has airbags, aircon, and an extensive (non-opening) panoramic sunroof with retractable blind screen. We still have both sets of original keys, one with central electronic locking and one (backup) without.
I'm happy for prospective buyers to come and see this great little car for themselves. We are in Loughborough, Leicestershire. The eventual buyer must collect and can either pay cash on collection, or by BACS bank transfer if they prefer - although these funds must clear before driving away.
