Thank you for perusing this advert. Rose is a fantastic car - I am very sorry to have to let her go. I have just become a Leaving Care Social Worker and am therefore transporting young people about as and when required. I have purchased a five door car that is seven years older than Rose and has already got a few miles on the clock to serve the purpose.
I am Rose's second lady owner - I purchased her in April 2013 and she has never let me down. She sailed through her first MOT last November with only a bulb that needed replacing.
Rose has the 'City' function which makes steering really light - great for parking and getting out of a tight squeeze. You literally just switch this on or off. I leave it on round town and turn it off for longer journeys - awesome bit of kit and I already miss it since I've been driving my new car even though it has power assisted steering the lightness of the 500 is apparent.
My iPhone hooks up via a USB lead, which is a delight, and Rose displays the title of the tune that's playing on the dash board. You can also flick through your playlists and the volume up and down from the steering wheel.
She also has a handsfree 'bluetooth' kit so you can take calls safely - with voice recognition when dialing out.
Start stop is great and another valued feature that I certainly miss.
As if all of the above is not enough the icing on the cake is that a years road tax is only £30
The interior is beautiful and whilst she has been in my care I have banned all food substances being consumed (I've driven my children round the bend and even made them remove shoes prior to entering if necessary). The alloys are also in tip top condition - I've been parking about a foot from the curb for the last fifteen months to preserve them!!
2 x keys - one plip one plain
I particularly love Rose for her retro feel - I feel this is enhanced due to there being no panoramic sunroof - just clean lines and edges.
