1949 FORD 2 DOOR SEDAN SHOEBOX

This car is an old hotrod that has been sitting. It is an Oregon import. It is fitted with a 350ci Chev motor (runs) and a turbo 400 transmission. It has an edelbrock inlet and edelbrock carby, the engine and transmission mounts need to be redone. It has a Valiant diff which gets the tyres under the guards well and it has been professionally mounted. It needs a tailshaft and exhaust. It still has its original front end with later Ford (5x4.5) drum brakes.This is a project. The interior is old. It has Fairlane bucket seats and the original rear seat. All door cards are included as well as new under dash kick panels. It has no headliner but a new one is included. Repairs to the floors have been started but more needs to be done. There are some small rust holes in the boot but nothing major.It comes with a complete second painted 1949 dash which includes a speedo and original radio. It has all garnishes and glass.
