Description
I am only the third owner of this
Bronco. This Bronco spent most of its life in Montana (no salt) and has
only seen one Iowa winter. Exterior: Looks great from
20 feet, original paint would probably buff out to a nice shine. Straight rig
overall, with some dents in tailgate and front of roof. Typical Bronco rust in
some areas on the lower body, most noticeable around passenger rear wheel
opening and along bottom of doors. A couple blisters on the upper body, above
passenger door and near tailgate on driver side. The frame and the underside is rot free and recently
undercoated. I replaced the head unit with a RetroSound head unit as
opposed to cutting up the dash. Door and rear speakers updated and
installed. The Interior is very nice! I replaced the carpet and laid down sound
deading panels all throughout the floor. All gauges are operational and
accurate (the speedometer bounces until 20MPH after that stable and accurate).
All lights work inside and out. This Bronco has an original dealer installed sunroof
(I sealed it and use Flextape to stop a small leak, needs a new seal) and roll
bar. All window seals, sweeps and runners have been replaced except the
topper’s windows. All windows work perfectly. The windshield has some minor
cracks. I replaced all brake lines, rear drums (wheel cylinders, springs and
pads), front calipers and pads, new slotted and cross drilled rotors. The front
hub bearings just replaced. New Master cylinder and brake booster as
well. I replaced the shocks and steering stabilizer, new plugs, plug
wires, distributer cap, rotor new coil and fuel pump. I had the
transmission rebuilt and new drive shaft installed. This Bronco stops and runs
great! It goes straight down the road and is driven nearly every day.
