1995 Ford Falcon 190 Conversion Camper Van E250 No Reserve

1995 Ford Conversion camper van E250 falcon 190
Engine and transmission run great and has no know issues .
Right exhaust manifold is leaking and has mechanic look at it and he said the repairs would be $200-$400 .
Body has a few dings throughout mostly in back worst spot can be seen in close up photos
The body has no real rust issues
Tires are in good shape.
Top shell is in good shape and is not cracked
Front and rear roof fans both work fine but should be replaced as the housings are broken and brittle
Front one appears to have leaked and interior ceiling shows a few spots .
Front and left side upper windows will need resealed and have leaked some worst can be seen in close up photo .
Rear left door handle which is the one on the inside between 2 doors is broken and missing door will open by cables .
Side doors on right side will only open from the inside left one will need a new cable and will not currently open .
Slide door between main area and bathroom is shot and will need replaced
Bathroom wall paper is rough and bubbling off of wall .
Bathroom sink and cabinet might clean up but are rough looking .
Roof ac unit works fine
Microwave and fridge work
Pretty solid good running van needs a little TLC does not appear to have any major issues
