Extended back and high roof

Converted into a primitive mobile home for "vanlife'
**COOLER, FANS AND UNDERBED STORAGE DRAWERS NOT INCLUDED**
I HAVE INCLUDED A PICTURE OF HOW I HAD IT SET UP AS REFERENCE, BUT THE BARE BONES PICTURES ARE HOW IT WILL BE SOLD.
New battery as of April 2021
New tires as of June 2021
New air conditioning compressor as of June 2021
Former handicap van, previously had a lift, but the lift motor was removed to make room for a passenger seat.
No radio, but you could easily add one
Modifications added:
⁃ Insulated walls
⁃ Battery powered puck lights
⁃ Water proof laminate floors
⁃ Lofted bed with mattress included (size between twin and full) with space for storage underneath
⁃ Two storage boxes/seats
⁃ Vanity with pop up extra counter space
⁃ Working sink with an included foot pump and included four 4gallon water jugs
⁃ Hanging storage baskets
⁃ Curtains and hooks for windows for added privacy/stealth
Could easily be added to or taken apart and remade into something new
Was taken on a 60 day road trip across the country and had no issues. Runs like a dream.
I have service records available since becoming owner .
