2001 FORD EXCURSION LIMITED 4X4 7.3 POWERSTROKE DIESEL

This is one of the harder to find 7.3 Powerstroke diesels. Leather interior, power seats, heated seats, power mirrors, power windows, power locks, 6 CD changer, air, cruise, tilt, power steering, power brakes, rear A/C & heat, trailer tow package including hitch. Has performance muffler on it also. 4x4 auto hubs work good. Front & rear A/C blows cold. Has 220,000 miles on it. If you are familiar with the 7.3 Powerstroke V8, it has ALOT of miles left in it. Has not been in any accidents. Body is straight. No door dings or scratches.
I have owned it for the past 5 years and have done the following to it:
Replaced engine oil pan (common problem with Fords of this era)
Replace ball joints & front hub seals 35,000 miles ago
Replaced battery cables 5000 miles ago
Replaced front wheel bearings 2000 miles ago
Replaced front brake pads & rotors 1500 miles ago
Replaced courtesy/interior light switches in all doors (200 miles ago
Replaced alternator 150 miles ago
I also added a DP programmable chip shortly after I purchased the truck. It is currently programmed as follows:
Setting #1 - high idle
Setting #2 - 40 horsepower & 90 ft/lbs. torque
Setting #3 - 70 horsepower & 150 ft/lbs. torque (for towing)
Setting #4 - 120 horsepower & 300+ ft/lbs torque
I can regularly get 20 MPG on the highway with it. It has not been used for towing. It drives very nice going down the road.
