Description
Impeccably maintained and cared for 2007 Ford Explorer Sport Trac Limited. Only two owners who were brothers.
I bought this truck brand new in March 2007 and kept it until September 2018 when I gave it to my brother. He has since passed away and it has returned to me. It has never been in an accident or even a fender bender. It has a clean title.
It was my daily driver from 2007 until 2012. From 2016 to 2018 I used it to commute 1-2 days a week to a work project 140 miles away.
Included with the truck are the original window sticker, detailed maintenance records and Ford shop manuals. Also included is a recent oil analysis showing the engine is healthy. Also included are a set of snow chains.
Before I gave it to my brother I replaced the factory cd player with a refurbished Ford navigation unit when the screen stopped working on the original head unit. I also replaced all three tail lights and the Ford emblem on the tail gate.
In the last year the following have been replaced or serviced:
- Battery (Dec 2021)
- Replaced Headlights and headlight housing (Sept 2021)
- Replaced Chrome grill (Sept 2021)
- Replaced Chrome hood trim (Aug 2021)
- Replaced Fog lights (Sept 2021)
- Replaced Radiator
- Replaced Idler pulley
- New front shocks and struts (Nov 2021)
- Transmission fluid flushed
- Rear Axle fluid flushed
- New tires
- New Brakes (May 2021)
The chrome and headlights were replaced because they were old and worn and kind of dull looking. I've included a photo of the old parts so no one will think it was in some kind of collision.
The SiriusXM subscription has expired so you'll have to link it to your own SiriusXM account.
Acceptable Payment Methods: Cash, Check, Cashier's Check, Wire Transfer. If you opt to pay with a check, I'll need to verify your identity (zoom meeting with an ID that matches the name on the check), and wait 10 days for the check to clear.
Deposit: We require a non-refundable $500 deposit within 24 hours of winning the auction. Please call to make arrangements for payment.
Shipping: The truck is in the San Francisco Bay Area and it's the buyer's responsibility to pick it up or arrange for shipping.
