Custom built by father/son team from an original Texas Unibody long bed farm truck. Completed in 2012 and sponsored by Ford Motor Company at the 2012 SEMA Show and featured in Truckin' Magazine in 2013. An award-winner featuring a new Sean Hyland built 1999 4.6 Cobra stroked to a 5.0; 11.0:1 compression; ported cylinder heads; oversized stainless valves; new Billet high lift cams; sectioned intake, ported and polished and tig-welded back together; Kooks long-tube headers; 4R75W transmission built to Mach I specs; 4-inch aluminum driveshaft; Precision Performance Products ratchet shifter; RideTech Air Ride suspension; Wilwood 12-inch disc brakes;9-inch Ford rear end with limited-slip 4:56 Richmond gears; Moser 35-splineaxles; fully boxed frame; Mustang II rack and pinion. The exterior features Mercedes Benz Dupont silver paint; blue glass; fiberglass front fenders and cowl hood; genuine carbon fiber tubs and bed; sectioned front bumper; shaved windshield wipers; shaved drip rail; infilled cowl vents; radius door corners; shaved door handles; shaved gas filler; infilled stake pockets; custom tailgate; Mickey Thompson 31 x 18R15 rear and 26 x 8R15 front tires mounted on15 x 10 rear and 15 x 7 front Billet Specialties wheels. Interior includes AutoMeter C2 gauges; custom butterfly AC/heater vents; black Jaguar leather Corbeau leather racing seats with Simpson 5-point racing belts; custom center console with carbon fiber accent; carbon fiber instrument dash; black carpet and remote entry locks. A person unfamiliar with the Unibody pickup might not recognize or appreciate all of the intricate details that have been incorporated into this build.
