2011 F-150 Super Cab v8 4x4 117k miles fair condition

V-8, 6-speed auto. 4 door, ’ bed. All power options, cruise, tilt. Locking shell
Oilfield truck previously - I’ve put only 7k miles on it, don’t need it now. Fair condition, very solid work truck, full width steel tool box in the bed. All tires have less than 7k miles (have receipts). 4wd and everything else works except stereo (antenna missing, CD player won’t work); AC works and will cool interior but not ice cold.
Some lights on dash/info center but mechanic checked everything out and it’s caused by dirty/malfunctioning sensors from dirt roads. Small oil leak. Truck runs, drives, shifts and brakes fine. Very smooth and plenty of power. Windshield has horizontal crack all across about 4” above dash. A few scrapes in paint, small dent driver’s rear corner, cracks in rear bumper plastic cover. Driver’s seat edge patched with tape, all other upholstery good condition gray vinyl, only 1 rear seat headrest.
Rubber floor mats. Receiver hitch with 3-size ball attachments and new dual wiring plug. Also replaced in the last year: alternator, battery and terminals, (also have a spare good battery); replaced heater hoses and antifreeze, synthetic oil/filter change, wiper blades, all new titanium plugs and 2 coil packs, air bag clock spring in steering wheel, power mirror control switch and air filter (have folder with all receipts).
I have a Carmax offer today of $8700. Private party retail is $13800 in average condition, dealers retail is thousands more, look it up (). I need it gone asap to buy small truck
