1977 Ford F-150 Flareside

1977 Ford F-150 Custom Cab Flareside pickup. Clean KS Title. Was purchased from an estate and I have limited knowledge of former ownership, but based on the truck, I believe the mileage to be original. The truck is in very sound condition. Everything works, and it runs and drives well. Motor is a 351 Cleveland with 2 barrel carb and was recently tuned up, carb rebuilt and new plugs. The paint is Copper Metallic (also called Hot Ginger Metallic, which I think sounds way better.) Paint is definitely aged and there are some spots where it has been touched up with a non matching color. It does not appear that the touch ups are covering rust repair. The steering column was just rebuilt and the front brakes have new calipers installed. There is some minor surface rust, which I included in the pictures. The only significant rust is in the lower part of the step side fender on each side below the step. The frame and undercarriage has surface rust consistent with age. The bed wood is very weathered with two spots rotted through at the cab side. There are 2 spare rims and spare tire on non-matching rim. I have a lot of additional pictures that I can send upon request. let me know what questions that you have and I will try and respond.This truck would make a great driver as is, or would be a great base for a project. You rarely see these flaresides and this one is really nice. The reserve is set reasonably, so it should go to a new owner.
