Description
Here is a 1996 Ford F250 xlt 7.3l diesel 4x4 5spd flat bed. Showing 232,000 miles.
I purchased this truck from TX while living in CO in 2010. Very little rust on body, flatbed has 5th wheel hitch and could use a coat of paint. Interior is decent. All power with a/c (blows cold). Tires are about 1/2. New batteries, glow plug relay, cps, and alternator.
Truck starts great and runs strong. However it will need some front end work(ball joint and tie rod end for sure) Also has a coolant leak in the timing chain cover which will need to be addressed. Right front fender has a slight crinkle in it just behind headlight. auxiliary fuel tank leaks and will need to ne replaced or repaired.
Overall a very solid truck with the proven 7.3l diesel.
