Description

This old Ford is not in perfect shape I found some rust on the drivers floor and a little bubbling around the cab. The wheel wells are all in great shape they are solid and pics are available. So with that said the price will be reduced to add for the work it will take to fix these issues, No dents thank god and for a motor it has a 351 Cleveland that has been fairly rebuild and runs excellent with power to spare paint job is fairly new . The truck is solid as far as new brakes that hit nicely when needed it has new tie rod ends and steers perfectly no pulling one way or the other steering is tight and feels solid rolling down the road. It has Dana 6100 series rear end front has warren hubs and both have been gone through including front wheel bearing all new along with brakes and hubs all new spring assembly 35 inch tires that have plenty of rubber to throw as much mud as you like. How you can tell a 351C from a 351W? Easy: The 351C has eight bolts per valve cover, where the 351W has six. 351C engines utilize a dry intake manifold, which is why the top radiator hose routes across then downward (through the water outlet) to the engine block, whereas in the 351W, the top hose routes across, via water outlet, to the intake manifold. The 351C engine is physically larger, has a less rounded, more angular appearance and weighs a bit more than its Windsor counterpart. Though a lot of people consider the term "351 Cleveland" a reference to a high-performance engine, the truth is that 92% of North American 351C engines were basic, 2V, low-compression, medium horsepower engines installed in sedans, station wagons, taxis, etc. Only 8% were 4V configurations - all of which are considered high performance. The truck comes with receipts for work performed including fresh rebuild on both heads new valve springs rocker arms push rods and valves ground ported and polished the receipt stated 16 push rods so it is not the high performance 351C I was hoping for. You also can here that Cam it is not stock and it has front and rear tow package.
