1995 Ford F-350 XLT Crew Cab,160K miles, Headache Rack, Gooseneck, 5.8 liter V8

1995 Ford F-350 XLT Crew Cab, very clean with 160K miles, 5.8 liter V8 351 "Cleveland" heavy duty engine, Headache Rack for hauling 20 ft lumber, full 8-foot bed, Gooseneck Hitch. Only 2 owners. I bought it in 2000 with 93,000 miles on it to use at our ranch and to haul materials for remodeling my Dallas real estate projects. So I have put only 67,000 miles on this truck in the past 21+ years, just 3000 miles a year. It's been exceptionally well taken care of and I am selling it because I am retiring after 41 years of buying-remodeling-selling Dallas residential real estate. Prices of homes and materials are just too high to be profitable.
The headache rack in the 8-foot bed has been invaluable for hauling everything from 12 to 20 foot lumber to appliances and tying them down easily. The gooseneck hitch in the bed was used to haul a 40-foot trailer loaded with equipment at our ranch in East Texas.
While I have always kept this truck, like all our cars, in perfect maintenance and condition, the most recent upgrades I've done to this truck are:

4.14.2021 - Replaced front axle pivot bushings; replaced right front upper ball joint; new alignment; did a front brake job (removed and replaced front brake front brake pads and resurfaced rotors, cleaned and lubed caliper slides, removed and replaced front brake hoses, removed and replaced front brake (at Dennis Road Automotive, 11155 Dennis Road, Dallas 75229, 972-241-1901),
8.23.2021 - Replaced starter and rewired starting harness in steering column (at Auto Electric Systems, 11361 Emerald St, Dallas 75229, 972-484-7517)
