2006 ford f-550 super duty Service Truck

Ford F-550 Service truck. I am selling this truck to settle the estate of my brother who passed suddenly 2 years ago. He was a independent diesel mechanic and this was his daily work truck. I have clear title but because he died without a will sale must be approved trough court which usually about a week once I have your information. The truck is in good working, driving condition. I know he kept it well maintained. I had it checked for codes and none showed up.
The truck starts right up, drives great and steers straight.
The truck originally came from Texas, It has been driven 212292 miles, It has 7882 engine hours.
The compressor is a Kohler
The welder is a Miller Bobcat
The crane is a Auto Crane 4004EH
It has a hydraulic lift gate
tool boxes with drawers
Here are the know issues:
warning light for water in fuel - I think that is just a filter that needs to be changed
Fuel gauge has a bad ground - one minute it reads full and the next reads empty. Truck will come with full tank
Dent in drivers side door.
windshield has a hairline crack across bottom
If it sets for more than two weeks batteries are drained - I couldn't figure it out but it has two brand new batteries
