1967 FORD FAIRLANE FASTBACK CLEAN ARIZONA CAR FACTORY 289 V8 AUTO P/STEER A/C

What you see here for sale is a VERY RARE FIND an Original Paint Unrestored Burnt Amber Metallic (Gold) 99.9% Rust Free 1967 Ford Fairlane 500 Fastback - selling with late model 5.0 Litre V8 Fuel Injected Motor and transmission out of a Aussie 1997 Ford Fairlane (not fitted - as shown in 2nd to last photo) - this was a Factory 289 Cubic Inch (4.7 litre) V8 Windsor Motor, with C4 Automatic Transmission - Ford 8" Diff came with Power Steering and was a Factory Air Conditioning Car with Intergrated A/c in the Dash
I brought this car in Phoenix Arizona and it has a very Low Humidy Hot Dry Climate - the car has never left Arizona - I brought it from a man who had owned it for around 20 Years - he had a collection of 12 Fairlane Fastback and he had been slowly selling them over the past few years - he had held onto this one as he was intended on restoring it - It never happened - and was moving house and didnt want to take it with him - but he was saving the best one for himself !!!
I brought it less The Engine and Transmission - it still has the V8 Engine Mounts and will be easy to repower with motor and trans supplied or will sell less motor and box and you can use your own motor
It has a set of Genuine Ford 14 x 6" Rivetted Factory Chrome 12 Slot Wheels off a Ford Torino GT on it - the Tyres are just good for rolling car around - old and dried out and worn out !!! or I can do a real killer deal on a set of Brand New 15 x 7 American Racing Wheels Torque Thrust Wheels with New BF Goodrich T/A Radials - optional !!!
Its still a projectcar but a bloody easy one
Just Imported from USA this is a Real Clean & Original Car
It Can be Registered in all States a Left hand Drive - I have the Import Approval Permit etc .

The Body is Real Nice and Straight - never been in any major accidents and has all the original radiator Support Panel and Rear 1/4s etc - it has got a few minor dings around the place but all real easy to fix before painting - this is an original paint car - will need a coat of paint to make it real nice again of course and being from Phoenix the paint is pretty sun burnt.
All the Glass is Real Nice except the Windscreen as you can see - but I have a Brand New USA Made Screen for it and it is included in the price.
Being from the Dessert the Interior is toast and will need a Full Upolstery Kit, Headlining and Carpets just the usual stuff - all upolstery kits etc available from Dearborn Classic and Various other Suppliers in USA for these cars and are way cheaper than a XW XY GT Interior.
Note the Lower Dash Bezels are in amazing condition - this car is a project with most parts there I know its missing the Left Hand Headlight Surround - and I am sure will be the odd bits of pieces missing but for the most part everything important is there and there is even a few spare parts that came with the car and you get everything I got - I can also help with getting parts in from USA for buyer down the track.
Its getting impossible to find almost Rust Free 1967 Cars these days anywhere - Let alone a real cool looking Fairlane Fastback that Seats 6 - Make a Great Family Sunday Car !!!
