Ford XC Interceptor Ex Police

RELISTED due to non payer. 1978 XC, V8 Interceptor. Original paint, rusty but an easy restore. Interior needs re trimming. Roof lining excellent, dash pad excellent, dual exhaust, no rust in floor pan or firewall.   Left the factory as an auto but upgraded to a 4 speed manual by Police at the same time a Long Range Fuel Tank was also added for highway work.   tramp rod on left side only,  5.8 litre, 351 Cleveland, 9 inch diff,  Manual choke,   fine point speedo needle,   hole in glovebox for the observer speedo,   Holley 750,   has all the original chrome hubcaps and chrome wheel trims etc   Entered Police service Oct 78 and still has its original car number of "673" marked on the front and rear bumpers. This car deserves to be restored by someone who appreciates it's history and appreciates how rare a vehicle this is. All I have done is pull the interior out to make sure there was no rust in the floor pan. Also comes with a restored roof rack for lights and sirens. It's been confirmed as a genuine Highway car by the Victoria Police Historical Society and still has all the original police options. This car has been untouched from the 70's and is a real time capsule.These cars are only original once.
