Description
Up for sale is my Ford Falcon 1964 XL Delux Sedan, in fairly good condition for its age, seats have reupholstered, drivers seat will have to be redone, transmission has been fully rebuilt, new battery, wiring checked over by auto elect, new windscreen and recently been serviced and a safety check all round. Has minimal rust for it age in the usual XL places, to me is wasn't worth the worry to fix it. Has been on club reg which is not transferable and does not come with a roadworthy even tho the mechanic that recently completed the service said it should pass no problem just probably the drivers seat needs doing as noted, "one of the straightest XLs his seen for a while". Motor is solid and been modified by previous owners mechanic to accept unleaded apart from that its factory standard. Selling due to its just not getting the use and my son is no longer interested in cruzin around. Been a great car for just that and it gets a lot of head turns. It can be a complete restore or apart from the drivers seat its right to drive, I have a cover over it at the moment. Has a great stereo in the glove box but has been disconnected as I enjoyed the serenity of driving around. Welcome to view before buying in Ballarat, cash on pick up and any further questions please call 0407511076. Is advertised elsewhere and reserve the right to discontinue the add if sold by that means. If you bid and you are the winner and do not follow through on the purchase you will be reported to Ebay. These cars are a Aussie classic and when done up are selling for up to an average of $16K, deluxe generally more. Happy biding you won't be disappointed. Note pictures show the car is lowered at the back, the lowering blocks have recently been removed for comfort and a generally a better drive. The covers for the back tyres are in the boot, I like the look without them.
