- Central locking can be fussy at times, but works fully.
Info:
I've owned the car since December. It's been a second car for most of the time, and has treated me very well over the past 8 months. But the time has come - I now need to move it on for other projects.
The car can be traced back three owners (me included) on the ZSOC owners club, I've found pictures the original owner took of the car took of it having its arches replaced too! It's got a folder full of invoices, and really has been a well loved example.
Since owning the car i've added my own little stamps on it too - the Piper exhaust and diff being the biggest ones. The diff is great, really helping the car pull out of the corners. And the exhaust - you need to hear it to believe it. It sounds like a Super 1600 rally car, and has the handling to match now!
Most importantly, the engine is standard, bar the air filter and exhaust. May be good for insurance? Certainly was good for reliability!
All in all, I truly believe that you'd be hard pushed to find a better example being sold complete. I've taken it to a few of the West Mids owners club meets and people seemed very impressed with the quality of the car.
Message me for a phone number and view if interested, and no silly offers!!
