Sparco seats passenger has rips

Recently had new clutch
Mot till next August
Did not miss a beat when I've been on trackdays in it and is extremely fun to drive as it handles great
I bought this for a bit of fun and after a few trackdays although it being a lot of fun I don't have the room to keep it so it has to go .
Rear arches are scabby and has age related marks
