Black Ford Focus Zetec 1.6L 2010 62,000 miles

I have owned the car for approximately one year. I paid £6000.00 for it back then.
To my knowledge there is nothing that is faulty. It is runs well.
It has been very reliable.
I am selling the car due to now having access to a works vehicle fulltime.
The MOT is due on the 10/11/2015
It could do with a servicing too.
2 previous owners.
The overall condition of the car is good. There are minor scratches but these can be polished out.
It has a pioneer screened radio.
spare tyre and security bolt for removing the tyres.
I have recently replaced the two front tyres however the rear ones are due a change too.
My price reflects the minimal marks and scuffs along with the fact its due a MOT and Service and two rear tyres.
There are two small burn marks on the rear seat, this is from the previous owner as i don't smoke.
There is a slight discolouration to the near side headlight (white mark)
It has part service history
