Ford Focus ST RS Heavily Modified Show Car 325bhp Revo Stage 2 Ken Block Wrap

Hello and thanks for taking time to look at my listing.
This is a very reluctant sale due to an unexpected new addition to the family. I never planned on selling the vehicle and still have / had big plans for it.
So where do I start
The car has had absolutely thousands of pounds spent on it, totaling around the £15,000 mark just in modifications and labor time. All the work has been done by the professional team at AutoSpecialists in Grays, I really have not held back regarding cost. If it needed anything I went for the best. Aiming to build a one off show car. Something I am very proud of. It turns heads every where it goes and is always center of attention at any shows / meets I take it too.
The car has been serviced every 6 months by myself, again only buying the best. (fully draining oil / coolant / brake fluid every time)
Part of the Revo engine remap I chose means It has been mapped to premium fuel only, and that is all the car has ever been given.
I am very keen on detail and the car is spotless inside and out. Cleaned every weekend without fail.
I will definitely get some more / better pictures on ASAP. I just wanted to get it on sale this evening and then build on the advert over the next few days.
It really does need to be seen / heard in person to appreciate it!
It is currently running a very solid and reliable 325BHP with a custom Revo Stage 2 remap done by AutoSpecialists,
Done at 91,211 miles 15/7/14 £359.20
It has every supporting modification for a Hybrid Turbo, something I have just had to cancel and order for (gives you an idea how unexpected / reluctant the sale is)
The Hybrid Turbo I had ordered with remap will have put the power to 380BHP+
It has had the famous Block Mod done at AutoSpecialists a must for any modified Focus ST. This included new Head Gasket, Cam Belt, Water pump, reinforced liners, air-con belt,alternator belt)
Done at 91,211 miles 15/7/14 £700
And last week it had a RS clutch / flywheel conversion, again at AutoSpecialists
Done at 101,647 miles 29/10/15 £889.00
I have receipts for all work done at AutoSpecialists
The car has a 1 off Ken Block themed replica wrap. It gets comments everywhere it goes and have even had people take pictures whilst im stuck in traffic and even at a petrol station.
This was done very recently by E-sgins Media in Essex at a cost of £2000 on 03/09/15
The car is originally performance blue and was fully mopped before the wrap, if the new owner decides they don't like the wrap the paint underneath is in mint condition and well protected.
I also recently replaced the front seats with Focus ST recaro seats from a 2015 ST. These are half leather half cloth and the best seats I have ever sat in. I had custom brackets made for the seats to fit so it looks and feels very OEM / professional at a total cost of £1100
Security on these vehicles can be an issue but I have had a quick release momo boss fitted with a limited edition sparco steering wheel to remove any worries. It is a lot harder to steal if it can't be driven away. This cost £350 but worth every penny!

This is an incredibly quick car with fantastic handling, you won't be disappointed!
I will also offer to stay in contact with the buyer to answer any questions after the sale, help advise on future modifications, with insurance and any other help the buyer may want / need. Working on the car has allowed me to know it like the back of my hand and I am very attached to it.
The car to me is not a toy, it has never been on a track or down a santa pod drag strip, I have 0 points on my license and do not drive it like an idiot ever. The car is a show car and treated as such.

Selling a car like this I expect a lot of tyre kickers and dreamers, so no one will drive the car except myself unless you can show valid insurance. I will require £10 if you want to go out in the car either driving or as a passenger (again this is being done to deter anyone just looking to go for a spin)
I am in no rush to sell the car and am not prepared to budge on the price. I am not after any PX unless your going to offer me a car valued at £12k+ to make up for the time it will take for me to sell your car
This car is a one off and with the type of money it has had spent on it you will be getting an absolute bargain!
Current mileage is 101,850 - please don't be put off by this, there isn't a part on this car that hasn't been changed for new except the body panels and even those have just been mopped and then wrapped.
I serviced the car last week the day before the clutch was fitted.
Next MOT is due on 27/01/16
The car currently has a private reg on and I will apply for this to be removed within the next few days.
