Description
This car is six years old and it has been in my ownership
for the last five of those years. Its mileage is warrantied at 72,400, which is
spot-on for a diesel of this age. It has been serviced at the correct intervals
and the service book is duly stamped. There are bills and past MOTs to support
its history. (The car was on a cherished number plate but this is now on
retention and it has reverted to its original number).
It has just had its 72,000 mile service and new MOT (on 1 July 2015). It has Goodyear tyres, with a full-size spare and a JVC radio/CD with Aux socket for MP3 etc. It is fitted with a Witter towbar, but has only towed a lightweight trailer on a handful of occasions. The bodywork is virtually without a blemish and the car runs perfectly.
If I had planned on changing cars, I would have done so before the scheduled MOT and service, but immediately after shelling out on them I had an opportunity I could not resist so, sadly, old faithful is now for sale. I am looking for top book because that is what its condition and history merit. This is a rare opportunity for someone to buy a genuine car in good condition and needing no expenditure other than the £20 road tax.
