Description
I have owned this car for the last 9 years. It has been my only, and I have been the sole driver of this car.
Due to work commitments I am only available in the early evenings, between 7 and 9pm on week days.
When I bought the card from a Ford dealer (OMC Oldham) there was a fault on the dashboard. The dash was replaced (by the dealer under warranty) at an indicated 66,000 miles, therefore the mileage of this car is 66,000 + the currently displayed 87,000 = 153,000.
In the last few years I have replaced the rear springs and radial arms. Fitted a brand new (NOT reconditioned) starter motor. Fitted a new thermostat and housing. New brake discs and pads all round, as well as 1 new rear brake caliper (drivers side). For this years MOT new sills were required. I have fitted a new (internal) fan whilst also replacing it's resistor pack, and fitted better condition second hand heater switches.
The engine in this car is the SOHC Transit Connect 1.8 TDCi. It is incredibly reliable and economical. The parts when required are cheap too, "van prices".
I have fitted wind deflectors to all the windows. They work very well, and look good to boot.
The car will also come with a large roof box.
