This vehicle is being sold as is unregistered without a safety certificate. It is surplus to requirements and requires a nyumber of items to be attended to make it roadworthy, but I have neither the time or inclination to do so. These include but are not limited to; a new windscreen, fixing the oil leaks on the rear axle and the front diff seal, fixing the rear window demister and the rear left hand shock absorber. The vehicle is fitted with an automatic air assisted load leveling system which is still working despite the leak in the rear LH shocky. Some aftermarket air bags and gas shockies could be the way to go.
The timing chain is noisy and should be replaced.
These effect of the defects is reflected in the price.
The rest of the electronics are still working including the ABS, central locking, radio cassette, cruise control, power windows, drivers seat and the 4WD high low selector. Tyres have approx 50% tread and the brakes are good. An additional 2 rear seats including the brackets and fittings for are suppied. A mod plate is fitted for this.
The car starts easily, is reliable and drives nicely and I have changed the oil at 5000km intervals during the time I have owned it.
The 5 speed transmission is really a 3 speed with overdrive on 2 and 3
I am willing to deliver the vehicle within 50km of Toowoomba for free and may consider negotiating a price for delivering further afield .
