1990 FORD F250 351 WINDSOR (5.8 EFI), C6 (3 SPD AUTO), 2 WHEEL DRIVE. DUAL FUEL PETROL/GAS. EX- AMBO - BACK PULLED OFF AND REPLACED WITH STYLE SIDE TRAY WITH TRAY LINER AND TORNO.
I HAVE SPENT ALOT OF MONEY AND SPENT ALOT OF TIME ON THIS TRUCK. I HAVE AROUND $8000 WORTH OF RECEIPTS PLUS UNACCOUNTED FOR HOURS OF MY OWN TIME SPENT BRINGING THIS VEHICLE UP TO THIS POINT.
PRO'S OF THIS VEHICLE
Engine mounts replaced.
Front and rear shockies replaced.
All tie rod end/ball joints replaced on front end.
Exhaust replaced from half way down.
Wiring worked on to trace power leak, now fixed.
New battery.
2 x new BF goodrich tyres on the front.
Wheel alignment done.
C6 gearbox reconditioned at a cost of $1700
Full brake system reconditioned, brake linings, pads, a wheel bearing, calipers and disc rotors. $1420
Starter motor replaced.
All 8 leads replaced, Coil, Hall effect sensor, TFI module and TPS sensor replaced. Stepper motor also replaced.
EGR blanked off and tuning done to get nice LPG idle and run.
LPG tank recond and fresh certification for next 10 years.
Other cosmetic and misc tidy ups done since owning.
Comes with ford diagnostic tool for plugging in and pulling codes from the computer. (also has book to identify codes)
Throttle body gasket kit and new stepper motor thrown in.
CONS/THINGS TO CONSIDER.
Engine idle when running petrol not completely crisp. (Idles well on LPG)
Engine uses little bit of oil. (I was told on purchase it was recond at some point, not sure about that or when it was done no paperwork was produced)
Power steering pump leaking.
Exhaust manifolds leaking.
Few dents and knocks and chips in paint etc.
Few rust spots that have had an attempt at repair and passed roadworthy but obviously wasn't professionally done.
Interior door linings etc could do with a replace especially on one side.
Other minor cosmetic tidy ups needed probably depends what you want it for.

I have upgraded to a 7.3 powerstroke for work purposes so this is now on the market.
CURRENTLY REGO'D BUT SELLING AS IS NO REGO NO RWC- JUST WANT IT GONE!!!!!
The vehicle ultimately will be purchased by someone that knows these things and is happy to continue on tinkering and perfecting on from the point it is now. Unfortunately the previous owner sold this vehicle to me needing ALOT to get it to where it is now.
It has plenty of power, shifts well, makes a nice tone and has an iconic look.
Inspections in persons encouraged, test driving is welcome.
