Ford Fairmont (1972) xa four door unmolested

Rundown of this car is it was put under a house since 1998 and hasnt moved was covered up.It had a friendly rat that lived in it and chewed the log books and the carpet but ive replaced the carpet and repaired the log books.I am the second owner.I have tidied it up cosmetically and got it running and thats about it.Interior is amazing,couple small stitch undoings and the rear top needs repairing on back seat from sun.Mechanically engine looks like its never been taken out.Tyres look original as ive never heard of caravelle tyres.This is numbers matching unmolested 99%rust free.There is a pocket of rust that had been removed in top right corner of boot.All pillars boot boot channels etc where the rust kills these cars are rust free.there are a couple of paint peels on bonnet and doors with surface rust under but not deep by any means.Ive had a lot of xas and this car is the cleanest i have ever seen.Will need a paintjob to bring her back to her former glory as the paint has got fine cracks throughout.Roof lining is perfect all glass is perfect windscreen washers and lights work even the fan works.The radio is original i believe needs a speaker as i can hear noise coming out of radio.Horn works.The slave cylinder needs replacing and the stromberg carb needs an overhaul as misses on acceleration.Car starts and drives.Serious buyers i am willing to send more photos.Please no timewasters these cars are getting so hard to find in such great condition untoudhed and unmolested.Am open to feedback as to what she is worth too from people who know theses cars.I have lowered price to what the feedback im getting is so am firm
