Ford XD Fairmont Ghia ESP

XD ESP Fairmont. Built 01-82. Hermitage red. 351C 4v, FMX, verification letter from Ford.

351c - high comp approx. 12.5-1, 30 thou over closed chamber 4v's, Crower cam, yella terra roller rockers etc850cfm E85 carb (still have a Holley 830 annular), 6AL MSD and MSD distributor. RobbMC mech fuel pump.4 into 1 primaries,3 inch collectors, 3 inch dual mid pipe into 4"single out the back.

Standard LSD 4 pinion diff and ratio, 4WD

I repainted in the early 1990's still holds up really well

I got the car with the XE ESP styled interior already fitted in very good condition
The body is in VGC.No rust, very straight, always run and looked after and cleaned regularly whilst in storage. Repainted the wheels 12 months ago. All the aircon gear is gone.

The car is lowered so the rake is a little different now compared to the photos. (still have the standard springs)

I was working on the engine with the intention of getting it back to a more standard setup eg lowering the compression and changing the cam, however have lost interest.

I have 125gph holley new style fuel pump, original steering wheel, various console facia for stereo and heater controls and another radio cassette player
