Description
Selling on behalf of my sister who has moved overseas, this ute is lowered, has pacemaker extractors, alloy wheels, Tinted windows, Alpine head unit and CD stacker, K&N Air Filter, towbar, new front tyres, carpet floor, cloth bucket seats. The instrument cluster has a custom white backing with blue "longreach" lettering, however it is looking a bit sad around the edges from the heat.
Engine runs smoothly with no strange noises, transmission shifts crisply between gears.
The vehicle has done 242,000 k's.
My sister has owned this for the last 8 years and has just used it as a run around, with most of the k's racked up on trips between Melbourne and Canberra. It has always been looked after and serviced regularly. In the last few years, apart from general servicing, it has had a new distributor and coil pack and the rear diff reconditioned. The tonneu cover is also only a few years old and is in very good condition.
This ute is in very good condition overall and has had a very easy life, although fitted with a towbar my sister has never used it for towing. There are some small areas of minor surface rust as shown in the photos.
It will be sold with no reg or RWC.
Things that will likely be required for the roadworthy are a new passenger side tail light lens, two tyres and a headlight globe. There are some scuff marks on the right hand corner of the front bumper and the clip on the opposite side seems to have broken so it doesn't sit flush on the passenger side, as shown in the photos. Overall it is in great condition for its age.
The vehicle is able to be seen in Werribee by appointment. Given it is to be sold without rego, we may be able to negotiate delivery. Offers will be considered. As the vehicle is advertised elsewhere I reserve the right to sell the vehicle prior to the end of the auction.
