Description
Ford Falcon AUII Wagon on Dual Fuel
If you want an AU wagon that actually looks and sounds good, then this car may be for you!
While it has a few scars from previously being a work vehicle for a mechanical workshop, it certainly attracts attention
Lowered by 50mm front and rear17inch XR rimsFairmont chrome grilleSerious sports exhaust - I regularly get asked if it is a V8Darkest legal tintFairmont white mirrorsRare Tickford air intakeThe dual fuel means that you can have the best of both worlds with the fantastic economy of LPG, and the security of knowing you can run on petrol if you cant get to an LPG bowser.
The transmission was fully reconditioned about 12 to 18 months ago and works really well.
Rego is due at the end of March 2016.
234,000km on the clock
The bad bits (which really aren't too bad for a car this age) - there is a dent in the bonnet, and a dent in the tailgate, which are shown in the photos. There is also a small dent in the roof. The hood lining is stuffed - you can choose to replace it, or just remove it. You can even buy the replacement fabric on ebay and do it yourself which would save lots.Other than that the interior is a bit marked in the boot area. The seats are structurally good, but the fabric is a bit baggy as you can see in the photos.
These cars make great and cheep work vehicles with a huge boot area, and seating for 5 passengers. Tools can be kept secure in the boot and they can't be seen easily with the dark window tinting.
As always, inspection is recommended, but I am happy to answer any questions. The car is at Cowan, which is 15min north of Hornsby on the M1.
