Ford Territory TX (2004) 4D Wagon Automatic (4L - Multi Point F/INJ) 5 Seats

Up for sale is my 2004 ford territory 268,000kms
Reason for sale is wife is upgrading to a new territory so this one is getting traded in. I have already been offered a trade in value, however id rather it go to someone who may need it cheap rather than a car dealer.
I purchased the car 2-3 years ago, since owning the car i have upgraded all the part's that territory's a notorious for failing. I have installed new diff bushes, front ball bearings (under recall), sway bar rubbers, new slotted rotors, new heavy duty brake bass, new shocks and new tail shaft uni joints. So for its age it's probably one of the best mechanically going around.
Car's body isn't in the best shape with a dent in tail gate near number plate, 2 dents (medium size) on both sides doors, and rear guard also has a scuff mark. plus a few minor trolly dent/scratchs.
interior is also showing its age trimmings are pretty worn and a few scuffs also. Dash, seats centre console all in great condition.
Over all the car has been the most reliable car i have ever owned, mechanically its sound and still drives fantastic, 5 speed auto is firm with no slipping or clunking, car had been serviced regulary since I've owned the car. Sorry i have no idea on past history aside from the vehicle checks which came back all clear. The car was really only ever used as a weekender, for the odd camp trip and snow trips.
Car currently has rego, however i will be selling without as i don't have time to put into it to get a roady. Like i said im going to be trading it in, however prefer it to goto some now who need it's.
