1964 Ford Galaxie

Numbers Matching 1964 Ford Galaxie Convertible for sale. This car is equipped with the 352FE big block V8 and automatic transmission. The motor is in fantastic shape and has been upgraded with an Edelbrock aluminum intake and 4 barrel carb (this was an original 4 barrel car and the original intake and carb is included with the sale). It has also be converted to an alternator (original generator and mounting brackets are included as well). The exhaust is a year old and had been upgrade with 2 1/2 inch pipe all the way back and Flowmaster mufflers (in the stock location). The car runs and sounds amazing. Shocks and brakes have been replaced as well. The convertible top motor is not working but you can manually put the top up and down and it has the cover that snaps into place (I can send more pictures on request). There are some minor cracks in the front drivers seat that have been sealed. I have a replacement dash cap that will go with the car (hasn't been installed yet - we can work out the details for me to install this for the winning bidder). The wheels are after market with new tires (original 14" steel wheels with wire hubcaps will be included with the car if buyer wants them). Seatbelts have been installed front and rear (I have 5 kids and wanted them safe when we went out cruzing). This has been a very fun car and original plans was to finish the restoration but I have 2 other classic cars that I am restoring so this one has to go. If you have any questions please message me.
