Ford: GALAXIE 500

1967 Ford Galaxie 500 Convertible, mileage 35,500, was in garage storage for 34 years. It has a rebuilt 289 cu.in. engine with 4bbl carburetor, 3-speed Cruise-O-Matic transmission; complete new exhaust system; all new brake drums, cylinders, shoes, hardware and master cylinder; new seat upholstery, carpet, floor mats, sill plates, and trunk mats; new tires including a spare; new top, well liner and boot; original radio with new antenna plus stereo system; bumpers, taillight and headlight rims, door handles and other bright work re-chromed; stainless all buffed. New battery, radiator, and gas tank with sending unit, all new shock absorbers. Wire wheel hubcaps plus the four original hubcaps.
Paint: car was totally stripped, primed and given 2 coats of base (Bluestone) and 3 coats of clear (sanded and buffed). Approximately 700 hours of labor was used to restore this beautiful car.
