Super rare 1963 Galaxie 500 XL 4 Door hardtop with the optional 390 CI Thunderbird V8 and Real Original Kelsey Hayes wire wheels, bucket seats and centre console. Say no more. This combination is so rare that I couldn't find production numbers with these options. This is an original 75,000 mile rust free US car that is in absolutely beautiful condition.
The original interior is in spectacular condition including the carpets and headliner. All door panels are in excellent condition as is the stainless and chrome trim inside. The bucket seats and centre console usually seen in the 2 doors and convertibles adds a really cool sport feel to this car. The rear bumperettes add a bullet look to the car and the skirts give it the total cruiser look.
All glass, exterior chrome and exterior stainless is in beautiful original condition both bumpers in new condition. The Original Kelsey Hayes wire wheels are mint and show no signs of deterioration of any kind. All the roof chrome trim and emblems are also beautiful .
The paint on this car is fantastic and shows beautiful even up close and has no stone chips or rust anywhere. Even the door jambs are clean and in great shape. The trunk is spotless and under the hood is extremely clean with new hood insulation.
The Thunderbird 390 runs smooth and strong and the acceleration is considerably stronger than the stock 352. I have a 352 in my 58 T-Bird. It starts right up and does not smoke or leak. The dual exhaust has a very cool cruiser rumble to it and there are no exhaust manifold leaks at all.
The radial tires, brakes and suspension are all excellent. This car needs nothing at all and could be driven anywhere without concern. The car is located in Toronto Canada and can be easily exported back to the U.S. Reliable carriers in Canton Michigan can export the car and can handle any paper work for a small fee or you can export it yourself.
