What you see here for sale is a VERY RARE FIND a 99.9% Rust Free Emberglo Bronze Metallic 1966 Ford Galaxie LTD 2 Door Fastback Coupe - this is a Factory 390 4v Cubic Inch (6.4 litre) Big Block FE V8 Motor, with 3 Speed C6 Automatic Transmission - 9" Diff - Rare Electric Windows & Seat, Air Conditioning, Power Steering & Power Brakes !!!!
A Friend of mine found this Car for me while he was up in Northern California on a Fishing Weekend Trip in it has a veryLow Humidy Hot Dry Climate - the car has never left California. It was Made in Los Angeles and Sold there New - and still wears the Original Black California Number Plates !!!
Its still a projectcar but a bloody easy one
TheMotor is in great condition - it runs and drives fine.
Just Imported from USA this is a Real Clean & Original Car
It Can be Registered in all States a Left hand Drive - I have the Import Approval Permit etc .

TheBody is Real Nice and Straight - never been in any big accidents and hasall the original radiator Support Panel and Rear 1/4s etc - The Paint looks pretty much all original but it really does need a paint job to be nice again - but could be driven as it is while you work on that - still looks presentable as it is - previous owner has primed the boot and tops of the rear guards as the paint was weather badly - wish he had left it all original !!
All the Glass is in Real Nice Condition - None of the Electric Windows are working at this time - but I will have a play with them in the next few days - they are usually pretty very reliable - so thinking its got to be the master switch that needs some work - and all the trim mouldings etc etc are real nice and clean
TheInterior does really need a whole lot - Does need the Hoodlining Replacing as the original one has come unstictched on one seam - you could have it resewn and the Dash Could do with Recovering on the Pad - but all the seats still have the Original Material on them and apart from one little tear on drivers seat where you get in the rest is pretty presentable - Door Panels & Carpets are in good condition even !!
Its got a Brand New Set of Genuine American Racing TTO (Torque Thrust Originals - 15" x 7" with Brand New 245/60/15" BF Goodrich T/A Radials - if you dont want it with these wheels - it can come with the original 15" Steel Wheels but tyres are buggered - but take $1000 off the price if you dont want the Americans !!!
Its getting impossible to find Virtually Rust Free 1966 Cars these days anywhere - Let alone a real cool looking Galaxie Fastback that Seats 6 - Make a Great Family Sunday Car !!!
