Ford Ka 1.2 studio. 93k
This is my wife's car. It is for sale.
Originally bought from furrows ford in Oswestry in 2009. It was registered by furrows and sat in the show room for a month before my wife decided she wanted it. It says one previous owner but that was the ford garage. it had 23 miles on it when we got it.
The car is basic as it gets. No electric windows, no central locking, no aircon
It does have;
Two airbags.
multi trip computer.
mp3 player port
cd player.
isofix rear seats
pump with rubber for flat tyres.
Externally my good lady has driven the car like she does. it has various scratches and stone chips. the drivers side rear quarter has a small dint in it. There is no rust.
4 good tyres. 4 hubcaps which are showing some wear. new set - £43 from ford if you want them.
never seen paint or a bodyshop.
Engine wise;
part service history. serviced by ford until warranty ran out then given oil/filter/air filter changes every 8k at home and plugs changed regularly.
Some receipts for tyres.
Some receipts for brake discs etc.
receipt for cambelt change at 68k.
In may 2014 at 80k the fiat engine shat itself at 80mph on the bypass. basically fiat decided (Fiat engine, not ford) to build the thermostat housing out of plastic. This went brittle, fell apart and coolant came out. There was no obvious sign of headgasket failure but we had a garage change;

new gaskets.
Runs fine, just cost £700.
Mot runs out; 28/09
Tax is £30 a year.
does 45-50mpg all day long.
Ideally needs a new backbox, not blowing but showing signs of age.
selling because;
had a baby, my wife now only drives my car as it fits the pushchair and has heated seats. I don't want to drive this to work any more. I want something a bit more powerful i.e. my own car back so we have bought another bigger car and this is now surplus.
mileage will go up, no tyre kickers. priced for quick sale. viewings welcome,
Will change oil/filter/air filter prior to sale (Already bought) Will have fresh MOT if meets asking price.
